What will you do?
Throughout your Apprenticeship, you’ll aim to build the skills and knowledge you need to complete a final End Point Assessment and gain a recognised qualification. So, we’ll keep you busy working flexibly across multiple warehouses where you’ll make sure stock is ready for dispatch accurately and efficiently.
Your challenges could include unloading, checking, transporting, picking, loading, and replenishing stock. And we'll also train you in operating Manual Handling Equipment, including a Fork Lift Truck, too.
Above all, we’ll expect you to play an important role in making sure our products are delivered on time to our logistic sites and stores, so our customers are able to buy what they need, when they need it.
When will it start?
Our Logistics Apprenticeship programme begins in January 2021 and lasts for 18 months.
What qualification will you gain?
Once you’ve joined us, you’ll be aiming for a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship. That means developing the skills you need to be competent in all aspects of Warehouse activities and processes. And you’ll also take part in a series of modules and regular reviews and assessments to help you grow within our business, and build a long lasting career.
