Graduates

FAQs

When do the Graduate schemes open?

Applications will open in September for our 2027 Graduate Schemes.

What type of people are you looking for?

Our colleagues ‘Make Morrisons’. And you’ll be no exception. Every day here is challenging and fast-paced, so a positive attitude and good fit are more important than your degree subject. We look for great communicators and team players with leadership potential and the ability to react quickly to change. Resilient, determined and innovative, you should also share our passion for learning and serving our customers better. An exciting future starts here.

What schemes are available?

We run 8 graduate schemes in total — manufacturing buying, manufacturing operations, technology, finance, buying, corporate, people and retail. Have a look around the site and see which best suits you.

When would I start?

All of our graduate schemes start in September 2027.

What’s the application process?

The application process for all of our graduates schemes is made up of an online interactive evaluation, virtual or face to face assessment centre and face to face final stage presentation.

What makes Morrisons so different?

We’re different because we invest in skilled, service-driven people, we focus on fresh food; and have an extensive manufacturing capability and a close relationship with British farm suppliers. We operate in a way that is not only right for our colleagues, suppliers and customers, but also ensures we make a positive contribution to society and take good care of the environment.

Can I use AI as part of my application?

At Morrisons, we recognise that AI tools can be useful when preparing for the recruitment process. However, during any live assessment, including virtual assessment centres, interviews, or exercises, candidates are expected to complete activities independently without AI assistance. This ensures that we can fairly assess each individual's skills and potential.
