With our Morrisons Daily Convenience stores across England, Scotland, and Wales, we’ve created even more reasons to love working at Morrisons. With more than 1,600 (and growing), we’ve expanded the services we offer to include customer faves like Just Eat, and community essentials like the Post Office.

They’re super local, and really handy for our customers. And for our colleagues, they’re really useful when it comes to building a great career right at the heart of our communities.

About our Convenience teams

If we had to describe our Convenience teams in one word, we’d almost certainly say ‘can-do’. From working as a Customer Assistant to working on the Post Office Counter, and from Store Managers to Area Managers, our colleagues make sure each local store offers everything it should to everyone who needs it.

It’s almost like running your own show, only with a big name behind it. And the benefits of that are huge. For example, there are real opportunities to progress and our Leadership School could help you develop into a manager - you might even run your own shop!

Area Managers

If you’re an established manager who already knows their onions (and the thousands of other products we sell), the next step in your career could be just around the corner. As an Area Manager, you’ll lead, inspire and motivate your team of Convenience Store Managers to achieve business goals. And you’ll be empowered to make the kind of big decisions that have a positive impact on stores at the heart of our communities.

Our stores are at the heart of the communities we operate in, and our teams know how much that means. Customer Assistants

Every community needs its own go-to services. And if you’ve ever needed a pint of milk in a hurry for a morning cuppa, or last-minute gravy granules for a Sunday roast, you’ll know what we mean. That’s what makes our convenience roles extra special - it’s an opportunity to be there for your community when they need it while growing your career at the same time. Many of our Customer Assistants even go on to run their own Morrisons Daily shop - and there’s no reason that couldn't be you!
