This is where support for store colleagues begins, from those big board decisions on our business processes, right down to thinking up new ideas to help support our colleagues and customers.

But what we love most about Head Office is that there are more functions than you probably imagine, which means the choice of careers here is open to everyone.

About Head Office

We live to support our retail, convenience, manufacturing and logistics teams. In fact, from trading to marketing, finance to tech, and HR to property, our Head Office colleagues love what they do. It means that stores and manufacturing & logistics sites have everything they need to succeed, whether it’s strategy or systems.

We support each one of our colleagues too, with the career opportunities they’re looking for. For example, our Leadership School is there to help them land a team leader or management role. While graduates can give their career a kick start with our graduate programmes.

Our Head Office is packed with handy facilities, including a free secure car park, cash machine and walking tracks that encourage colleagues to walk and talk. You’ll also find convenient services like an Amazon Locker, dry cleaning, and even car valeting, plus a small shop for any essentials you might need while at work. Our brilliant canteen offers subsidised hot food and opens first thing in the morning, serving delicious breakfasts and a wonderful range of lunch options. Supporting everyone’s mental and physical health is a top priority, with flexible options like hybrid working and 4.5-day weeks whenever possible.

And, as a bonus, our Head Office at Hilmore House is easy to commute to from Leeds, Manchester, and the Yorkshire Dales.
