Getting the right products to the right place at the right time is a huge operation. And our teams make sure that the freshest food (and the frozen food) are there whenever customers need it.
What our Logistics teams do
They keep things at our huge warehouses running smoothly, so that bagels get to Bolton and frozen chips reach Chingford. The other sort of progress is important, too. That’s why anyone joining Logistics can use our career pathways, the Leadership school, or our graduate or degree apprentice programmes to move on and up.
And all the while, you’ll be working with some of the best logistics tech around, protected by high health and safety standards, and helping us become more sustainable.
Site Managers
Our Site Managers lead our key logistics hubs - the critical links in the supply chain that make sure our shelves stay stocked and our customers stay happy. It’s all about keeping things moving, but that’s really only just the beginning. We ask our Site Managers to inspire their teams, to create best-in-class operations that are efficient, responsive, and to make sure people always come first.
Transport Planners
Individual driver schedules are crucial to getting the right products to the right place. You’ll produce each one perfectly, so that customers in store can always get the shopping they want.
