My goal is to become an operations manager. I have done the majority of the departmental roles now, so I feel that is the next step.

I love having the opportunity to develop and support colleagues and managers to achieve their own personal goals.

My favourite thing about working here is making people happy through our service. I have such wonderful colleagues who can really make me laugh. It's great fun!

I knew there was a lot of career progression at Morrisons and I've been given fantastic opportunities to develop into Managerial roles.

We are a customer centric business and everything that we try and do has customers and colleagues at its heart.

A standout moment for me at Morrisons was being signed off as a Store Manager - it was a massive confidence boost to know that I was capable of doing it.

The advice I'd give to people looking to apply would be to take every opportunity and use the skills to help you progress.

I love working at Myton Manufacturing because it provides flexibility with shifts for me to support with my family.

I love the variety in my role, including job rotation, working with different people.

Morrisons has pushed me to find out what I'm capable of, and my goal is to seek out more opportunities within the business.

I love the people here! The colleagues that I work with are really supportive and the culture here is really nice to be a part of.

The business has helped me through thick and thin, to where I'm becoming someone I didn't think I could be. 

The role keeps me on my toes which I want. 9 out of 10 times I get a workout when I’m at work, so that’s great.

I like the people I work with. I have the freedom to express myself and the support from managers.

I want to become a Senior Leader within Morrisons, so I want to give myself the opportunity, the experience and the tools with the support of my team.

I started in the warehouse, picking, and then got onto pathways and now I’m a Manager. I was very supported.

Every day is different, if everything was the same then I wouldn’t enjoy it. I get easily bored so I love this role and how I get to do different things everyday.

My goal here is to become a Leader and with the Sir Ken Morrison Leadership school we'll see where the future takes me from there.

Farming is close to my heart and I truly understand, from spending time with farmers, how much Morrisons help them and support them. 

The business has supported me with networking, mentors and buddies throughout my time here, really giving me the advice I need to progress.
