Colleague bonus scheme
Depending on how we meet our colleague bonus scheme targets, you could earn a total bonus of up to 3%. We’ll regularly update you on how each team is performing.
We know how important it is to take time off to relax and unwind. So, to help you achieve a healthy work/life balance, you’ll enjoy at least 30 days’ holiday a year pro rata (including public holidays). Stick around for 5 years and this will jump up to 34 days’ holiday.
We’re proud that so many of our colleagues choose to stay with us for such a long time. And we celebrate this loyalty with our service awards. Everyone who has been with us for 5 years will receive a payment, and every 5 years after. If you stay for 25 years, we'll also arrange a special event and a generous gift. It’s the least we can do.
Share save scheme
You can share in our success by buying shares at a discounted rate (depending on eligibility). You can save between £5 to £350 of your pay every month. Then at the end of the 3-year savings period, you can buy shares in Morrisons at a fixed option price or take back your savings as a cheque.
We’ll look after you beyond Morrisons by helping you save for your future with one of the best pension schemes around (the Retirement Saver). If you contribute a minimum of 5% of your pensionable pay (subject to tax relief) we'll guarantee that your pension pot builds at a massive rate of 16% of your pensionable pay for each year you're employed with us.
