Slaughter people / Butchers - With good knife and butchery skills gained in an abattoir, you should be able to complete our block test and have a certificate of competence, compliant with WATOK.
Meat production operatives - You don’t need any manufacturing experience, as we’ll provide you with all of the training you need to process and pack our meat products and help our site to run smoothly.

Our meat processing sites:
• Turriff, Aberdeenshire – this is where we process cattle, sheep and Scottish livestock for delivery to our production sites.
• Spalding, Lincolnshire - this recently redeveloped site cures bacon and supplies over 190 meat products from beef brisket to pork belly.
• Colne, Lancashire – at one of Europe’s largest beef, pork and lamb processing facilities, we produce everything from beef fillets to pork shank.
