View moreWhen applying for one of our schemes, it’s important to think about your strengths and how your skills, knowledge and experience fit the role you’re applying for. It’s also a good idea to re-read your application before you submit it to make sure you’ve included everything you want to. And so you can double check there are no spelling mistakes, either!
You should also check the closing dates of our schemes and try to get your application in as early as you can so you can be one of the first to be invited to an assessment centre.
For some of our schemes we use video interviews. Video interviews speed things up, cut out travel and help us to get to know you better. Just relax, be yourself and remember:
Assessment centres are usually part of the process, and are where managers get to see a group of candidates in action. Typically lasting a day, an assessment centre will involve a group exercise, an analysis task and presentation, sometimes a role play and then finally an interview.
