You can learn a lot from training courses and even more from your placements. Whatever you’re working on, you’ll be making a valuable contribution to the business.

One of the great things about our training is that you’ll experience a lot, and you’ll learn about your area and the wider business. The key thing to remember is that you’ll need to spot these challenges as they come up and put yourself forward to help. There’s nothing like the help of someone who’s been there before. As well as being ‘buddied’ up with someone who has previously been on a scheme, you’ll also be assigned a personal mentor – a senior manager whose long experience will be invaluable to you.
