One of the great things about our training is that you’ll experience a diversity of development, and you’ll learn about your area and the wider business. The key thing to remember is that you’ll need to spot these challenges as they emerge and put yourself forward to help. Support network

There’s nothing like the help of someone who’s been there before. As well as being ‘buddied’ up with someone who has previously been on a scheme, you’ll also be assigned a personal mentor – a senior manager whose vast experience will be invaluable to you.
