Our team of florists is growing fast. We’re introducing ‘The Florist’ into more of our stores to provide our customers with the flowers and full floristry service they’d expect from an independent florist – not a supermarket.

A talented bunch of skilled florists 

Every day our florists receive and prepare fresh flowers from our Flowerworld site. They serve our customers, make up their orders and get flowers, bouquets and buttonholes ready for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries and all kinds of occasions.

Providing our customers with a friendly service that’s hard to beat, our florists make sure our fresh flowers are beautifully presented and use their floristry skills to grow our flower sales and make our customers happy. Managing stock levels and keeping everything running smoothly, they make the most of their specialist knowledge to provide value added products and high quality floristry services.

Our florists enjoy the variety and responsibility they’d expect at an independent florist. But with more customers and lots of great perks, including a pension, paid holidays and lots more.

Who we look for 

A skilled and qualified florist with a good understanding of floristry, your creative skills and floristry experience will enable you to make up fresh flowers and put all kinds of stems together into beautiful bouquets.

A great communicator who can talk confidently and knowledgeably to our customers, you must be hardworking with a keen attention to detail and the ability to help order stock, minimise waste and do things even better. In return, we can offer you excellent training, lots of rewards and good opportunities to grow and progress your career.
