As well as offering all kinds of roles from stores, manufacturing, logistics and head office, through to apprenticeships, degree apprenticeships and graduate opportunities. We run a whole range of accelerated development programmes.

Passionate about colleague engagement and two-way communications, we manage our recognition schemes and give everyone a voice. We use feedback from our colleague forums and engagement surveys to make our business even better. We keep our colleagues up-to-speed with what’s going on at Morrisons with all kinds of communications including our colleague Facebook page and Fresh News magazine.

We provide strategic and operational people support to our retail, manufacturing and head office teams. We advise on everything from high volume recruitment and succession planning to operations support and talent and succession management.

Supporting all of our colleagues, we coach managers, keep pace with the latest employment legislation and develop and monitor our people policies, handbooks and procedures.

We make sure everyone understands our great benefits package and the perks that recognise and reward their impact. We run our retirement saver scheme to help our colleagues build up their retirement pot.
